Purchasing a SaaS product or receiving custom software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your business operations. Reselling or distributing the software without an explicit Agency License is strictly prohibited.
For custom development services, full source code ownership is transferred to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in the project contract.
In no event shall LPX Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use our products or services.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
